Legal and Regulatory Framework for Fintech and Startups in Tanzania was a presentation by Sunday Ndamugoba to 15 start-ups under the pesatech accelerator on navigating the legal and regulatory landscape of Tanzania for Fintechs and startups. Discussions revolved around the Payment Services Licence (PSP) licence and the BOT sandbox, the TCRA sandbox, the partnership agreement and the Application Services Licence amongst others.
